A musical journey into the depths of the body, mind, spirit connection. Feel how the energy within you and around you settles as "light vibration" flows. Works beautifully alongside yoga, massage, bodywork, or simply to calm you.

The creation of this album was one of mystery, expansion, love and surrender during the years of 2007-2008. In my studio I created the soundscapes for each track...then in the deep meditative space of various workshops that I was co-leading, I channeled, and recorded, all vocals live and in one take while also playing subtle instrumental enhancement. None of the vocals, melodies or words were known to me ahead of time...all revealed themselves as a live gift from Source. This record is a compilation of some of my favorite journeys from that time. I truly hope you enjoy the sonic vision quest of Songs of Light!
